在InternetExplorer6.0中的IsComponent Installed方法中，当在SP4之前的Windows2000或SP1之前的WindowsXP上使用时，缓冲区溢出允许远程攻击者通过JavaScript执行任意代码，该JavaScript使用长时间的第一个参数调用IsComponent Installed。
