漏洞介绍

ZOHO ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus是美国卓豪（ZOHO）公司的一套客户服务支持管理软件。该软件提供帮助台、客户管理、服务级别管理和跟踪客户请求等功能。

Zoho ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus hotfix 7941之前7.9版本中存在跨站脚本漏洞，该漏洞源于HomePage.do文件没有充分过滤‘fromCustomer’、‘username’和‘password’参数。远程攻击者可利用该漏洞注入任意Web脚本或HTML。
